Once you have registered, you can log in at any time to access your secure personal area, where you can view, edit and download your data.

Your account will also allow you to convert your MEDUSA4 Personal drawings into PDF or DXF files for commercial use. We are working hard to continually improve and update this portal to offer new features and benefits.

May I use MEDUSA4 Personal at work?

Companies wishing to use MEDUSA4 Personal can do so on a pay-pre-result basis: once a drawing is complete, it must converted and licensed for commercial use through the CSG eSERVICES portal. Companies don’t have to pay for the software itself, just for conversion of the completed drawings, meaning that costs are only incurred once you have achieved a commercially viable result.

How do I use my MEDUSA4 Personal drawings commercially?

You are required to pay a small fee if you want to use your MEDUSA4 Personal drawings in a commercial context. Simply upload the relevant files to your CSG eSERVICES portal account and convert them to a universal file format, removing the “Not for commercial use“ watermark.
The cost is €2.99 for a PDF conversion and €4.99 for a DXF (e.g. AutoCAD® file) conversion per drawing. DXF files can be used in nearly every available CAD system. After the conversion process, your files can be used without any limitation, privately and commercially. Please note that only MEDUSA4 Personal drawings converted by means of this portal may be used in a commercial manner.

What does pay-per-result mean?

Pay-per-result means that you only have to pay for commercialising your work once you have achieved the desired result, i.e. completed your design. This saves you any upfront software expenses and makes it easy to cost customer projects.

In order to use your MEDUSA4 Personal designs commercially, files must be converted on a pay-per-result basis using the CSG eSERVICES portal. There is a small fee, starting at € 2.99 per design. Cases where you are required to use this service prior to proceeding include:

- Transmission of drawings to customers
